okay time for my daily food/exercise update!
Since I still have shin splint I power walked and did some intervals of sprinting since I couldn’t do my two mile stride. That was additional to my 100 jumping jacks this morning and 200 crunches, so it hasn’t been that bad of a day!
Breakfast: special k fruit and yogurt cereal and a b complex vitamin
Snack: veggie straws
Lunch: pb and j on wheat bread and an apple. I also had a few animal crackers, probably like 8. Also a mini York mint patty.
And lots of water!
I even turned down a chocolate chip cookie!
Now I’m about to do another workout then I will be posting some progress pics.
